RTD will provide the Services identified on your Order, your AI Agent and, where purchased, the Instant Office App cloud phone add-on, using commercially reasonable efforts and in a professional and workmanlike manner. Unless expressly stated on your Order, the Services do not include legal, tax, or compliance advice, any guaranteed volume of leads or sales, or any guaranteed uptime. There is no uptime SLA; Services are provided "as available."
You pay the one-time Setup Fee at checkout, and that is the only amount you pay that day. Your first month is free, so your first monthly Subscription Fee is charged one month after checkout, and each one after that is billed in advance via Stripe. Your subscription then renews and charges automatically every month until you cancel. If you cancel during your free first month, you are never charged a monthly fee at all. You give your affirmative consent to that automatic renewal in Step 6 below, in its own separate checkbox. If a payment is declined or not received when due, RTD may immediately suspend the Services without further notice, and has no obligation to provide the Services while any amount is past due. We will give notice of any price change between 7 and 30 days before it takes effect.
After your Services are live, changes and maintenance you request, such as edits, updates, or content changes, are billed hourly and separately from your monthly fee, at the rate shown at checkout or on our pricing page. Any free change time included with your first month applies to that month only and does not roll over. Larger projects are quoted in advance.
You may cancel anytime, in one step, through the Stripe billing portal, the same medium you used to sign up, or by emailing support@ready247.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. The setup fee is fully refundable if you cancel before we begin building your agent; once building has started, it is non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full detail.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you supply for your AI Agent's knowledge base, and for obtaining any consents required for your use of the Services, including recording and messaging consents from your end users.
Your AI Agent identifies itself as an AI at or near the start of every interaction; you will not disable, hide, or misrepresent that disclosure. For voice agents, the agent gives notice that the conversation is recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable recording and wiretapping laws, including California's all-party consent requirement (Penal Code §632), and must retain records of each caller's consent for the longer of the period required by law or five years.
Ready247's AI Agent is a web-based service. It is not a telephone service and does not provide access to 911 or emergency services. If you separately purchase a phone-system tier (for example, built on Intermedia Unite), that underlying voice service is provided and billed by Intermedia directly, 911 routes to the address registered on that line, and you must keep that address current. See Section 13 of the full Agreement.
Please read this carefully. Except for qualifying small-claims matters and requests for court injunctions to protect intellectual property or confidential information, you and RTD agree to resolve any dispute by final and binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California, and to bring claims only individually, not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You may reject this arbitration and class-action waiver by emailing support@ready247.ai within 30 days after you first accept this Agreement. This provision is identical in the Terms of Service.
RTD's total liability for the Services is capped at the fees you paid RTD in the 12 months before the claim arose. This Agreement incorporates by reference the Ready247 Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
