Privacy Policy for Ready247.ai
How we handle your information. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, request early access, become a customer, or interact with a Ready247-powered AI agent, and what we do (and do not do) with that information.
1. Who we are
Ready247 is a product owned and operated by Reliable Telephone & Data, Inc. d/b/a Ready247.ai ("RTD," "Ready247," "we," "us," or "our"), a California corporation with a mailing address at 9018 Balboa Blvd. #344, Northridge, CA 91325. Ready247 is our AI lead-capture product for small businesses and home-service contractors.
This Privacy Policy applies to our Ready247 website (ready247.ai, ready247ai.com, and the subdomains we operate), our sales and support communications, and the personal information we process when you interact with us by web form, email, phone, chat agent, or voice agent.
2. Scope and the two kinds of data we handle
Ready247 involves two different data relationships, and it is important to understand which one applies to you.
a. Our own visitors and customers (RTD is the controller). When you visit ready247.ai or ready247ai.com, submit our early-access or interest form, or become a Ready247 business customer, RTD decides how your information is used, and this policy governs it.
b. A customer's end users (RTD is the service provider). Ready247 builds and hosts AI agents for our business customers ("clients"), usually on a client subdomain such as clientname.ready247ai.com. When a member of the public interacts with an AI agent we operate for a business customer, that customer generally determines how the information is used. RTD processes that information on the customer's behalf as a service provider or processor, under our agreement with that customer. If you reached an agent through a specific business, that business's own privacy policy may also apply and governs how it uses your information after receiving it from Ready247.
Client-branded agent pages may also link to the applicable client's own privacy policy. If there is a conflict about how a client uses information after receiving it from Ready247, that client's policy and agreement govern that use.
This policy does not govern other RTD properties (for example, latelephone.com), which have their own policies, or how our service partners (such as Intermedia.net, Inc.) handle data once it enters their platforms in your name.
3. Information we collect
We try to collect the minimum we need to answer your question, set up your account, or run the service.
a. Information you provide directly.
- Early-access or interest form. When you submit our form, we collect your email address, the product tier or service you indicated interest in, any free-text description of your needs, and anything else you choose to include. This is delivered to our team at support@ready247.ai.
- Direct contact. When you email, call, or message us, we collect whatever you share, including your name, company, contact details, and the substance of your request.
- Customer onboarding and account data. If you become a Ready247 business customer, we collect the information needed to build, provision, and bill your service: company details, authorized contacts, billing information, the content and assets you provide for your AI agent, and (for phone-system tiers) the information needed to set up your telephone service.
b. Information from AI agents (chat and voice). Ready247 agents identify themselves as AI at or near the start of an interaction. For voice agents, see Section 7 for how audio and recording are handled, including the California recording-consent notice. Chat agents transmit the messages typed to them to the AI language-model provider that powers the response. Transcripts and summaries may be retained to operate the service, follow up, and improve the configuration of our agents. RTD uses automated tools, including AI models, to process chat and call content to operate the Services, and does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.
c. Information collected automatically. Our website and agents are hosted on infrastructure providers (such as Vercel) that record standard request logs, including IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested URLs, and response status, for operations and security. Voice connections also generate technical metadata such as connection timestamps, durations, and audio-quality metrics used to operate the call.
d. Information from third parties. We may receive your name and contact details from someone who refers you, from publicly available business directories used for outreach, or from our service partners in operational reports about your account.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Some information RTD handles, such as the contents of a call or chat, may count as sensitive personal information. RTD uses that information only to provide and support the Services and for the other purposes described in this policy, and does not use it to infer characteristics about you.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and follow up.
- Build, provision, operate, and support the Ready247 services you engage us for, including your AI agents and (where applicable) your phone service.
- Operate the website and the chat and voice agents, and keep them secure.
- Send order confirmations, account and service notifications, support responses, and billing notices.
- Review chat and call transcripts and summaries for quality assurance, troubleshooting, safety, support, and to build and improve the configuration of Ready247 agents (including the knowledge base for a client's own agent).
- Meet our legal obligations, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, and protect the rights and safety of RTD, our customers, and the public. RTD may also create and use de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you, and will maintain that information without attempting to re-identify you.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with a limited set of parties:
- Service providers and subprocessors. Technology vendors that help us run the website, the agents, messaging, and our communications, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. The current list is in Section 8.
- Our clients (for end-user data). Where RTD captures information through an agent we operate for a business customer, that information is provided to and controlled by that customer, as described in Section 2.
- Service partners (carrier and platform). If you purchase a phone-system tier that runs on a partner platform (such as Intermedia Unite), the information needed to provision and operate that service is shared with the underlying carrier or platform and is then governed by their policy and your service agreement.
- Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, and insurers, when needed.
- Legal compliance. Authorities and others when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. If RTD is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your permission. Any other recipient you ask us to share with. RTD discloses the categories of personal information listed in Section 3 to these recipients for the business purposes in Section 4, and has not sold or shared personal information in the past twelve months.
6. SMS or text notifications
These terms apply to the Ready247 SMS notification program operated by RTD.
What we send. Transactional and account notifications only. For example, alerts when a Ready247 agent captures a new sales lead, and service messages such as agent activation, status updates, and report availability. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
How you opt in. Business customers provide their mobile number and expressly agree to receive these SMS notifications when they sign up for Ready247. The account owner may designate additional recipients only if those individuals have authorized the customer and RTD to send them Ready247 service notifications. RTD may require each designated recipient to confirm opt-in before messages begin.
How you opt out. You may opt out by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us through any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your wish not to receive further Ready247 SMS notifications. We will honor opt-out and consent-revocation requests as required by law. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@ready247.ai or 1-800-942-7200.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies with lead activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers collected for notifications are used only to deliver the notifications described above, through our messaging provider.
7. Voice agents and call recording
Ready247 offers AI voice agents that people can speak with in real time, operated through ElevenLabs Inc. When you talk to a Ready247 voice agent:
- The agent identifies itself as an AI at or near the start of the conversation.
- The agent provides notice that the conversation may be recorded and/or transcribed. If you do not consent to recording or transcription, do not continue the voice interaction. By continuing after that notice, you consent to the recording, transcription, storage, and use of the interaction under California Penal Code Section 632 and as described in this Privacy Policy.
- ElevenLabs captures and processes the audio, generates the transcript, and operates the AI agent. RTD receives a transcript and call summary; depending on configuration, RTD's own servers may not receive or store the raw audio recording.
- Voice metadata (connection timestamps, durations, audio-quality metrics) is generated to operate the call.
Because our voice agents run on ElevenLabs and our chat agents may be powered by an AI language-model provider, your interaction (audio and/or transcript) is processed by those providers to deliver the response. Depending on the provider's terms and our account configuration with them, they may use that information to operate and improve their own services. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Where a voice agent is operated for one of our business customers, the resulting transcript and lead information belong to that customer, as described in Section 2.
8. Service providers and subprocessors
The vendors below process personal information for us under applicable contracts, confidentiality, and security obligations. Some may also process information under their own privacy policies when they act as independent service providers, platforms, or processors.

We update this list as our stack evolves. Material additions will be reflected here and noted in Section 15.
9. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses only the cookies or similar technologies necessary for the site to function and to keep it secure. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to display. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control signals do not change our practices. RTD does not track visitors across third-party websites over time, so it does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals. RTD does not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activities across other websites when you use the Site. If our practices change, we will publish the required link, update this policy, and honor applicable opt-out preference signals as required by law. Third parties whose services load on our pages (such as the chat or voice agents) may set their own cookies or local storage as part of operating their service; see their policies in Section 8. If we add analytics or performance tools, we will update this section. This site may link to third-party websites that RTD does not control, and their own privacy policies govern the information you share with them.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, plus any period required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Practical defaults:
- Inquiries that do not become customers. Up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
- Chat transcripts. Generally up to 12 months, sometimes longer to follow up on an open conversation.
- Voice transcripts and summaries. Generally up to 12 months for sales-stage interactions, longer for active customers where needed for support or compliance.
- Customer records. For the duration of your relationship with RTD and a reasonable period after (typically seven years) to meet tax, accounting, and contract obligations.
- Server logs. Retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention periods and our security needs, unless longer retention is required for investigation, security, legal, or operational reasons.
- Data captured for a client. Retained per our agreement with that client and their instructions.
If you cancel a phone-system tier, export your data first. The underlying voice platform (Intermedia) may anonymize or delete your account data on its platform (including call recordings, voicemails, and messages) as soon as 14 days after your service terminates, under Intermedia's own policy. RTD cannot recover data Intermedia has deleted, so export anything you need before you cancel.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS, credentials are stored as managed environment secrets, and access to our systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach compromises your personal information, RTD will notify affected individuals and applicable authorities as required by law. Please use strong, unique passwords for any accounts you hold with us or our partners, and tell us promptly if you suspect a compromise.
12. Your rights (California residents)
To the extent the CCPA (as amended by the CPRA) applies to RTD or to a particular interaction with Ready247, California residents may have the following rights regarding the personal information we collect:
- Right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
- Right to access the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA).
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 16. We will verify your identity, typically by confirming details you have previously shared with us, and respond within the time periods required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with documentation of their authority. If you interacted with a Ready247 agent operated for one of our business customers, direct your request to that business, or contact us and we will route it appropriately. If you live in another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have similar rights, including the right to appeal a denied request, which you can exercise through the same contact.
13. Children's privacy
Ready247 is a business-to-business service. Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us using the details in Section 16 and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14. International users
RTD operates from the United States and serves American businesses. Our website is hosted in the U.S. and our service providers are largely U.S.-based. If you access our site or services from outside the United States, you understand and consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from your home country.
15. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy from time to time as our services and the law evolve. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. For material changes, RTD will post the updated policy and give reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect, and will notify active customers directly where appropriate. Your continued use of our website and services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

If we send you a commercial email, you may opt out using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing service, legal, or transactional messages. We aim to respond to privacy inquiries within five business days and to formal rights requests within the timelines required by law. RTD will provide this policy in an alternative accessible format on request.
