Refund & Cancellation Policy for Ready247.ai
Billing, cancellation, and refunds in plain terms. This policy summarizes the refund and cancellation terms in our Client Service Agreement. If there is any conflict, the Client Service Agreement controls.
Ready247 is a business-to-business service. Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
1. How billing works
Ready247 services are billed in two parts:
- A one-time setup fee, charged when you purchase, which covers the work to build and deploy your AI agent. It is the only amount you pay at checkout.
- A recurring monthly fee for your tier. Your first month is free, so this fee is first charged 30 days after checkout, and it is billed in advance each month after that. Some tiers include a monthly usage allowance, with any overage billed at the rate shown at checkout.
- Hourly change and maintenance work, such as edits or updates you request after your service goes live, billed as it is incurred and separate from your monthly fee, at the rate shown at checkout or on our pricing page. Your first month may include a limited amount of free change time, which does not roll over.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize recurring monthly charges, beginning 30 days after checkout, until you cancel. You can update your payment method, or switch between plans or add-ons, at any time in the Stripe billing portal, no email needed. At least once a year, you will get an email reminder that lists your plan, the amount and timing of your charges, and how to cancel. If your fee ever changes, you will get notice between 7 and 30 days before it takes effect, along with how to cancel.
2. Cancelling your service
The fastest way to cancel is self-serve, through the Stripe billing portal: open the billing link in any Stripe receipt or invoice email, and choose to cancel your plan. This is the same online medium you used to sign up, meeting California's Automatic Renewal Law requirement that cancellation be available in that medium. Prefer to reach a person? You can also cancel by emailing support@ready247.ai or calling 1-800-942-7200, and we will process it for you on the same end-of-period terms. If you leave a voicemail asking to cancel, RTD will process it or call you back within one business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your service stays active through the end of that period, and you will not be charged for the next one. If you cancel during your free first month, you are never charged a monthly fee at all. There is no fee to cancel.
Usage during the remaining paid period, including any overage beyond your plan's included allowance, is billed as normal. If you prefer to avoid further usage charges, you may ask us to deactivate your agent right away, and no further usage will accrue. Note that a deactivated agent stops answering, so it will no longer capture leads.
3. Refunds
- Monthly fees already billed are not refunded for unused days in a billing period, except where required by law. When a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method used for the charge.
- The setup fee is fully refundable if you cancel before we begin building your agent. Once we have started building, the setup fee is non-refundable, because it covers work already performed.
- Hourly change and maintenance work already performed is not refundable, because it covers work already done.
- Prepaid hour blocks. If you prepaid a block of hours and have not used all of it, the unused hours are refundable within 30 days of purchase; after that, unused prepaid hours are not refundable. The hourly rate and prepaid-block terms are set out in your Client Service Agreement.
- Because each Ready247 service is custom-configured, we do not offer a general money-back guarantee.
4. What happens when you cancel
When your service ends, your AI agent is taken offline and your subdomain is released. We will make your captured lead data available for export for 30 days after cancellation, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.
