Updates & Changes
Your first month includes a set amount of free change time: 1 hour on Starter, 2 hours on Pro. After that, small edits are billed only when you request them.
3-day onboarding: we thoroughly review and test your AI agent, chat agent, and landing page before it goes live. Errors and bugs you find during this window are fixed at no charge. All other requests during these three days are billed at a discounted $75/hr rate. Bottom line - we'll work with you to get it right.
Change work is billed at $150/hr with a 30-minute minimum. Time after the first 30 minutes is billed in 15-minute increments. We send you an invoice through Stripe with a secure payment link that you pay online; nothing is auto-charged to a card on file. Bigger requests like redesigns, rebranding, or seasonal campaigns are quoted first.
Prefer to buy time up front? A $300 prepaid block gives you 3 hours of change time, drawn down as you use it. Any hours you don't use are refundable within 30 days.
