Today you pay the setup fee and nothing else. Your first plan charge lands one month after signup, then repeats automatically until you cancel. Cancel before that first charge and you never pay beyond setup.
Add-ons that do more for your business
These get built into your site. Add them at checkout, before we build, so nothing has to be rebuilt later.
Add-ons ride your free first month too. No add-on monthly fee is charged at checkout. Your first add-on monthly charge lands one month after signup, on the same day as your plan's first monthly charge.
The only add-on fee due at checkout is the Instant Office App's $250 one-time setup. Chat Plus and Pro Plus have no setup fee when added with your plan; if added later, setup is billed hourly at $150/hr.
Pro Plus
The inbound line. Your Pro “call button” feature covers outbound, sending a caller out to a person. Pro Plus is a number customers dial to reach your AI agent directly, with no website visit needed.
Please note: Calls answered on your dedicated line use your plan's monthly AI talk minutes.

Why the call button cannot just ring your AI: the person pressing that button is already talking to your AI. Sending them back would hand the agent to itself, in a circle. The button exists so they can leave the AI and reach a person. Pro Plus is the opposite trip, and that is why it is a separate number.

Launch Support First Month
3-day onboarding, errors fixed free
We thoroughly review and test your AI agent, chat agent and landing page before it goes live. Anything that isn't working right during those three days is fixed at no charge. Changes to what we built are billed at the $75/hr rate below.
A friendly tip on making the most of your hours
Gather your tweaks and send them in one change request. A batch gets handled together quickly, while lots of separate requests add up. One good list makes the most of your time and included hours.
Other requests $75/hour
Changes to what we built during those three days are billed at a discounted $75/hr, half our normal rate. You're also welcome to use your included free hours instead. They're yours to spend during onboarding or save for later in the month, just tell us which you'd rather do.
1 included hour on Starter
Your first month includes 1 hour of free change time on a Starter plan. Small edits, wording, images, hours, whatever you need adjusted. Free hours apply to the first month only and do not roll over.
2 included hours on Pro
Your first month includes 2 hours of free change time on a Pro plan. Enough to take on something substantial in one go if you'd rather spend it all at once. Free hours apply to the first month only and do not roll over.
Ongoing Website Care
Then $150/hour
Change work is billed at $150/hr, with a 30-minute minimum and 15-minute increments after that, so you're not paying for time you didn't use. We send you an invoice through Stripe with a secure payment link that you pay online. Nothing is auto-charged to a card on file.
Larger projects quoted first
Bigger requests like redesigns, rebranding or seasonal campaigns are quoted before any work starts. Multi-location and multi-state builds too: chain stores, franchises, or a complete website design with AI embedded throughout. Tell us the scope and we'll design a package.

Change your site every week? If you swap content constantly (real estate listings, weekly coupons, rotating ads, menu or event updates), ask about a set monthly rate that costs less than paying by the hour.

Only busy part of the year? For events, webinars or seasonal rentals, we can keep your site on standby between runs for a small monthly fee. Your QR code stays live and lands on a short "back soon for our next one" page, so the codes you already printed never go dead. When your next event or season comes around, we switch the full site back on with minor AI updates included.
